Feels a bit like a bait and switch article. If you only read the first half, you'd think Binance's issues were fixed. Instead, the article opens up into a whole other set of legal issues that could take it down with the US. Effective bait and switch that got me paying attention and I can imagine creating headlines that say some company could collapse is no good for this industry's stability, but not sure why they're hiding the true story here.
