The article is brief but the video included does well to recap the latest ICC decision. The question and concern I was left with, which this piece did not address, is that if the "abduction" of children is a war crime, is the killing of these children within Ukraine not a war crime and would a judgement such as this not then incentivize Russian military to kill the children next time rather than move them into their territory? I wish the author had addressed this potential reaction.
