The article starts out by sensationalizing the news story a bit, but then delves into the details and actual policy decisions made by Meta's Oversight Board. I think Meta has chosen a very difficult policy to enforce, especially because it all relies on how the user self-identifies, and think it would have been easier had they done as many suggest and just "free the nipple".
