After gastrointestinal issues became a trend in social media, women are more aware of these types of problems and less afraid to talk about them. The extremely well-written article interviews some of these women as well as doctors in the field in order to tell the complete story and bring more awareness to the cause. It shows footage from TikTok and Twitter when it needs to, and even a picture of the ‘Hot girls have IBS’ billboard in LA that inspired the whole thing.
