Article barely scratches the surface of why people are avoiding working for school districts. No mention of bizarre, unnatural values forced upon children that look more like abuse than education. Omission of pay disparity between administrators and the personnel that interact with students. No representation of violent students with and without weapons that have made the job unsafe for educators. Content focuses on monetary solutions without non-fiscal solutions to non-fiscal problems.
