Using a windfall of money to try a new experiment on students, to see if this time they will finally learn, is a fools errand. It is good to try new methods of teaching, but if the children cannot learn today the same way they learned in the past, perhaps the majority of the children are not fit for education. Content reports on the facts that students are failing to thrive and is unbiased in its reporting.
