Interesting article brought forward, and one that is idiotic in my opinion, their research amount to: follow the quarantine everyone and it is ok. Having to depend on the good manners of people here or from abroad is asking for a disaster. Once again, thank you and goodbye to the readers.

Very surface level. Sticks to what tourists can do to help the outbreak and what each company or group needs to remain strict with quarantine protocols. So the model is almost telling on itself, in how it did not factor in the human need not to follow rules unless they are enforceable and trackable to the fullest extent.
