Interesting article brought forward, and once again we are at the coffee argument of the medical community, so it seems that at the moment little salt is bad for you...I swear these people don't know what they are doing sometimes. Once again, thank you and goodbye to the readers.

Single study, relatively small data set, but does bring up the failings of the science currently in not seeing the difference in patients and how each group might need different treatment plans. Opens up a good conversation that I hope more studies push further on. The answer to this question could upend a lot of lifestyle advice from doctors.
