This is a summary of an interview between NPR and the US Secretary of State regarding the possibility of peace Russo-Ukrainian War. Because it is *just* a summary, it's hard to say it isn't credible, but I sure hope NPR actually challenged the Secretary, rather than accepting his bold statements at face value.
