I didn't want to say this is biased, because I personally am pro-union, but the article *only* presents the union side of the debate, offering comments from multiple union organizers and no reply given to management. Even if the owners/managers were given a chance to respond, I doubt my mind would have changed, but it seems more like a fluff piece on service industry unions than an actual news article.
