This offers a lurid spectacle of a Canadian provincial govt. official being accused of breaking the law. The accusation rests almost entirely on a single man, on whose word rests the entirety of the supposed fault of the official. The journalist did not quote or reference any other person/organization that agreed with the accusation. Nowhere in the article is there a reference to what penalties this official may face, were he to be found guilty of breaking the law. Obvious sensationalism with little to no presentation of context or why it matters.
