That is clearly a money move, but if you don't mind catching COVID right at the finish line due to the airport's greed then go for it. All it takes is just touching the handle of the bathroom door in the plane.

Just a bit of a run down of the new mandates for traveling to and from Canada. It can get quite confusing depending on your citizenship status, immunization status and age. All factor into what proof will be required. I'm guessing this isn't exhaustive but gives enough of a heads up considering some small things are changing.
