The content reads like a Jarvis Tax Association political mailer. This article does not seem like it supports any of the experiments listed. Readers might be left a little perplexed about restricting cannabis research in an era when lawmakers are opening the floodgates for unlimited access to THC laden cannabis. Reporting from the perspective of a tax watchdog, the article makes sense.
