A good overview about Telegram changing their privacy policy in order to keep their market shar in Brazil, after being banned for 2 days by Brazil's Supreme Court. I'm curious about the impact of these changes on their user base because the main reason why Telegram became so popular was that it had long maintained a hands-off approach to content on its apps, and this just changed now.
