A good text explaining what the Oregon University research couldn't make clear in a scientific paper. I was one of the people who joined the social media frenzy without understanding the academic/scientific study well, and this article really breaks into comprehensive pieces what we really need to take from that study. In the end, it was as obvious as our instincts guided us at the beginning of the pandemic: "smoking anything isn’t a good idea during a pandemic that affects the lungs".

This is a very well-sourced reality check for many who were too eager to cling to cannabis smoking as a covid deterrent based on the highly publicized new study from Oregon State University. I read the study when it first came out and wa left a bit confused as to what it means practically for weed smokers, but this article does a great job of clarifying the known facts using direct quotes from multiple authoritative sources.
