It's possible that the language in this article is just above my pay grade, but I wish the piece did better to explain in layman' terms what makes this next version of Google's Chrome browser so invasive. I appreciate the EFF's work to hold big tech accountable, but this article left me wondering if it's really something that affects me (which I'm sure it is and all the more reason to help me understand how).
