Shows the various motivations and issues. Described the uncertainties and risks, including the fact that an advocate for electric has a gas range in a house w kids I might have added WHY consumers prefer gas for cooking—it is MUCH easier to change the heat quickly—and the fact that it's nearly irrelevant to ovens. Or talked about the cost-v-benefit of retrofitting existing homes But if there was or surreptitious bombast or hiding of concerns, I didn't see it. Very credible.
