This is a fantastic and balanced report that includes quotes from both sides of the issue. I sympathize with the business owners in Canada who just want some timelines defined so they can manage their businesses, and I feel that this is a case of the government "reviewing" and "taking a hard look" at an issue that needs to be defined with goals, but that would then leave the government open to accountability when those dates arrive.
