Some have speculated that the low positivity rates may be attributed to a decrease in testing. Metro Health confirmed testing has increased while positivity rates decline. Between March 28 and April 4, 51,103 tests were conducted.Officials reported 275 new cases and 0 deaths on Monday. More than half a million residents have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
