MTA officials said the two executives earned tens of thousands in extra pay from retirement plans and reimbursements for their costs to move from Canada.Peloquin’s chief operating officer position was created to replace the role of the MTA’s executive director, a spot held by Ronnie Hakim until she retired in late 2019.
