Excellent legal explanation about prosecuting memetic power. The potential criminalization of all people for all conduct is staggering and frightful. Violating 18 U.S.C. section 241 is not settled and has the potential to ruin many people's lives trying to find out proper limitations versus conduct regarding messaging. The article is balanced between the liberty of the individual and the justice of the government.
