This article discusses, in depth, the circumstances surrounding Comey, and provides great context through discussion of cases Comey weighed in on showing he violated his own duties. Further it shows court rulings that would apply to Comey from cases involving his former employees at the FBI who did similar or lesser offenses and received lengthy prison time.
