I'm happy the article talks about when a nap can be helpful and when it could be a symptom of a problem.

This article is useful for people like me that feel the body asking for a nap during the workday, but don't really know how it can affect the pace of work after. I've noticed some headaches after long naps, now I will test the 10-30 min power nap mentioned by the author.

This article wasn't as detailed as I'd hoped, but it paints a decent picture of the different styles of naps and the pros/cons of each. I can say anecdotally that the advice of drinking coffee before a power nap can speed up the time it takes after the nap to be alert.
