But many also moved to counties near the Sierra Nevada mountains and other parts of Northern California.And the people who left aren’t being replaced by nearly enough newcomers to make up the difference compared to prior years — possibly contributed toAccording to CPL, 61.3% more people left San Francisco&nbsp;during the last quarter of&nbsp;2020 than they did in&nbsp;the last quarter of&nbsp;2019 — and 24.6% fewer people moved in&nbsp;during that period&nbsp;compared to the prior year.
