Short but informative article about the publishers of Dr. Seuss getting rid of some books due to racist images. I wonder if they considered another way to deal with these images without stop publishing the books. Maybe this will open some room to discuss how we should deal with these questions in art, literature, and music, for example, without making these productions simply disappear.

This is a very balanced reporting of the events and provides a ton of good context. This article itself does not take a position and does well to simply report the facts for curious readers. As far as the outside conversation around this topic, I do not believe it is a violation of free speech and believe that, based on the company's own words, it's a capitalist decision meant to ensure the brand is protected and can reach a wider audience.
