Advertisement Google Calendar has added a new feature called that finds and auto-replaces declined meeting rooms with a similar one, saving users' time and effort.A room might decline a meeting if it is already booked or due to other reasons including maintenance. For meeting rooms up to a 70-person capacity, the feature tries to find and, if available, book a suitable replacement:"In the past, when a room declined a Calendar meeting, your users may not have noticed until the last minute, leaving them and their guests without a room.
