Great Context
August 23, 2019
Great article that provides a critical context around how the Chinese government is using Twitter to spread propaganda to the outside world. While lacking references from the Chinese government or Twitter, it tries to remain impartial and provide factual statements.

Biased
August 20, 2019
This article appears to have been published well after Twitter announced a change to its policies about political-actor ads, and after twitter took down a massive bot network coordinated out of the PRC.
I didn't see any info in the article about twitter's actions, or whether the ads preceded or followed the actions. The missing context is all.

Great Context
August 20, 2019
This article provides great context around the frustration many in Hong Kong are having with Chinese propaganda outfits being able to promote misinformation via Twitter advertising. It's lacking quotes or statements from the Chinese government, but it does try to remain balanced in its reporting.
