Powell has held firm against the charges against her: In a previous email to&nbsp;Forbes&nbsp;responding to a second defamation lawsuit against her from voting company Smartmatic, which makes similar allegations to the Dominion suit, Powell said the litigation was “just another political maneuver motivated by the radical left that has no basis in fact or law.”$1.3 billion.
