Three Democratic senators in one proposal speaks for all of the Democrats? Speaking for the entire caucus is questionable and was generated for click through. However, it did have a counterpoint source to give their opinion on the matter and outline some issues with the proposal. The article did have good background for the reasons for the proposal. However, there was no review from a lawyer on if the Section 230 immunity was even necessary for the gun example (the gun example would have likely led to the same result with or without the change).
