Anyone who reads this publishing outlet regularly (are there really any such people? ) knows that its sympathies lie (you pick what meaning being used for that word) with the investor class. As such, the bias is thick. Additionally, the writing, if it can be called that, comes across as attempting to invoke fellow feeling in the reader. This may be the case for acolytes of enterprise but decidedly less so for the clear thinking. Also, the sly, but nevertheless vomit-inducing attempt at a morality play here is truly grotesque. If you astonishingly believe that "the nastiest motives of the nastiest men somehow or other work for the best results in the best of all possible worlds", then this is for you. I'm not well versed in stock trading details, so I had to read this twice. This piece did seem biased to the AMC CEO, in so far, as it overly praised him in trying to save the company. However, it was well sourced and factual.
