Madison was simply issuing the 15-Day Notices to meet the requirements of AB 3088,” their attorney Servando Sandoval told the station, as if eviction notices do not reflect an intention to evict.Sure, it is still technically possible to evict tenants during the moratorium. Those who want to avoid eviction have a lot of record-keeping responsibilities, and do ultimately have to pay the back rent.
