You are the owner of this article.You have permission to edit this article.Welcome,SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina)&nbsp;- The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office is investigating a work related death at a business early Sunday morning.According to the coroner, at approximately 1:15 a.m., 54-year-old Anthony Dean Lemmons became entrapped in a machine while working at Innovative Fibers, located on Littlejohn Road. He later passed due to the severity of injuries at 2:20 a.m.A representative with Innovative Fibers released the following statement:“We are saddened to confirm the loss of a co-worker from a workplace incident. First responders from the facility and local emergency personnel were immediately notified and were on the scene. Production at the plant was stopped and is scheduled to resume at a later date. We take any incident seriously and as a team, we continue to extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends and co-workers. Innovative Fibers, in its’ 10+ year history, has made employee safety a top priority.
