I’m no fan of Governor Newsom, but the writers of this piece offer no solutions and seem to be willing to extend eviction moratoriums indefinitely. I’d love to hear the authors make an argument for when the moratoriums should be lifted or how Newsom could better utilize these recent scientific studies.
