I like the article itself a lot. The only thing in the text that I wish was there is at the end when they discuss the effects of changing the minimum wage in SF and NYC. I wish they discussed what the normal error is in those sort of surveys, 0.3 and 0.5% changes don't seem like much to me, but maybe the scale the surveys are done on makes them relevant. Outside of the text, the image chosen makes the article feel more like click bait then it actually is. I think making one person the face of the democratic house is silly, so if you're going to talk about the house's actions, maybe double think the image choice.

This article does cover both sides of the issue, albeit, with a bias toward showing more information to present a case for increasing minimum wage. Citing Berzerkeley as a source leaves you open to heavy criticism about bias. Even among the academic community the reputation is eroding. At any rate, it does provide a minor counterpoint in NY, though it is mostly glossed over, which is why the 4 stars instead of 5.

The information provided showed the research and data for both sides of the argument around $15/hour federal wage. The graph was nice and so were the links to additional reading and research. However, if I were to give a suggestion for improving this article, I would've liked some anecdotal evidence from government officials from SF and NYC and their thoughts on the impact the $15/hour wage has had on their cities overall.
