Photo: Cle GroupThe Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) has temporarily suspended the liquor licenses of Houston clubs Clé, Spire and Grooves for violating the state's COVID-19 restrictions.In a press release, the TABC said the suspensions are the result of inspections by their agents conducted over the weekend."All three businesses are accused of violating Gov. Greg Abbott’s Executive Order GA-32, which requires businesses which sell alcohol for on-premise consumption to comply with capacity limits as well as social distancing and facial covering requirements," the release stated.Spire received a 90-day suspension of its liquor permit, Clé 60 days and Grooves 30 days.
