This is a very fair and balanced reporting of the facts around Adm. Bill Moran's decision to decline the position as head of the Navy. The author does well not to throw any cheap political punches and instead to present all the available information in a clean and chronological way. Very well done piece.

This article does a great job of spelling out the situation, providing the necessary quotes to understand the Admiral's decision, and not providing any other bias or skew. Easy to read because it is balanced.
