You’re positive, lady. You should’ve never left,” Owens said in the post.Owens said after the picture surfaced, the girl tried to cover it up.”Then you have the nerve, the audacity, to lie to the tracers that you got in a fight with your mother and all this other stuff. That’s how come you weren’t home and then you confess,” Owens said.Owens knows the damage may have already been done.”People like her are what brings that stuff back in and kill families,” he said.The girl Owens was referring to was issued a citation, and the judge said he plans to release her name as soon as possible to make an example out of her.Cowboys Dancehall was of the city’s Emergency Health Declaration due to the large crowd at the concerts.
