Well Sourced

I follow Alex on twitter. He was apart of the embassy protective group in Washington DC who had face to face encounters with the right wing Venezuelan mob in the US. The article is sourced from the Miami based PanAm Post Español who reported on Juan Guaidó embezzling funds raised in Cúcuta, Colombia for humanitarian aid in which was lavishly spent it on hotels, nightclubs, expensive clothes, alcohol and prostitutes. The story details the criminal activity of Guaidó and the US backed Popular Will party setting up fraudulent events in Columbia with so called 'humanitarian aide'.

Credible
July 2, 2019
This is a tricky article to evaluate. If the allegations are true, then its credible and relevant. However, the article doesn't offer a lot of factual information for readers to reference, but instead refers to a Colombian scandal affecting Guaido's party in Venezuela and Guaido somehow being responsible or accountable.
The logic of the accountability wasn't clear to me. Maybe that's the weakness of the article -- it needs a high level summary and a piece by piece explanation of the pieces and how they fit.
The picture looks good, but is apparently irrelevant to the article.

Great Context

This articles provides fantastic context on Juan Guaido's recent activities and political ambitions. It's great to see the Venezuelan coup covered from a interventionist perspective.

A great article covering a topic Western mainstream media is keeping quiet about. Well-sourced investigative journalism.
