It's really hard to discuss opinions on various vaccine bills because the opinion on the bill can often be confused for an opinion on vaccines. This article does a pretty good job walking that line, more so in the second half. I wish they had discussed the nuances of the situation before going in to the response to Newsom's comments. I think they should have also made it clearer earlier that Newsom is pro-vaccine (and so far neutral to the bill) to not spread that miss information around more.
