The other 24% were undecided, backing another candidate, or not voting.In from 2016, 89% of black voters said they voted for Democrat Hillary Clinton. Still, turnout in black strongholds in states such as Michigan and Wisconsin was not sufficient for a Clinton victory, so Biden will have to generate more enthusiasm for his candidacy that Clinton did.The poll has a margin of error of plus-or-minus 3 percentage points.
