Francis texted her daily, she said, and when he asked about her age, she told him she was 13, the report says. But when Francis said he didn’t believe her, she lied and told him she was 18, according to the report.AdvertisementFrancis flew to Connecticut on Nov. 3, the girl told police, and arranged an Uber ride to bring her to the La Quinta Inn in Windsor Locks, where they had sexual intercourse, police said. Last week, Francis again flew up from Georgia, had the girl picked up and again the two met at the hotel for sex on Dec. 9, the report said.Police learned that Francis had booked a room at the hotel through Dec. 12. They went to see if he was still there on Dec. 10, but he had left.
