Ivan Delgado was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a minor. He was released after posting $250,000 bond pending arraignment in state Superior Court on Monday.“It would be inappropriate to comment at this time,” Delgado’s lawyer, John R.
