Some good reporting here. Nicely investigative and expository. The entirety of the bill referenced is available for perusal and demands a close reading. If nothing else this piece is a good example of and provides insight in to how the legislative process works or, depending on the particular point of view, doesn't work. Even if one's interests do not necessarily encompass work of this sort give it a read anyway. You'll be glad you did. Lastly a quote by the inimitable John Godfrey Saxe comes to mind.
