Satire
December 3, 2020
Is this satire? What is this rubbish? No need to answer, it's a rhetorical observation. It seems, based on this piece of self-referential navel gazing, that what is basically a 'Dear Diary' entry is news. This dross is neither interesting or informative. In fact, that this was published at all is an insult to the news consumer and their intellect. We must be freed from the scourge of Authors with nothing to say writing about their personal lives (read as: nothing). Under no circumstances should this be read by anyone. Except perhaps, the Writer's physician.

Well Sourced

A pretty well-sourced piece on the pros of wearing a face mask while exercising. Aside from keeping the author's nose warm and dry while running during winter months, this piece is essentially arguing the positive aspects of nasal breathing, which are well documented. Because the author leans into scientific studies and openly acknowledges the shortcomings and small sample sizes of those studies, the piece is very credible in my opinion.
