Despite the august nature of the publishing outlet, this piece falls completely flat. Having read it twice for this review it is still difficult to find anything meritorious therein. Basically nothing more than a blubbering rehash and restatement of discussions related to the referenced subject that have been going on for the last few weeks. Nothing particularly new or noteworthy here other than perhaps the different sources being quoted. It's really more of a glorified Op-ed as opposed to serious analysis and examination. Dry, stale writing makes it even more of an arduous slog. The work is boring and mundane. Not worth the bother.
