During a press conference Tuesday afternoon, Laxalt also claimed the machine used to verify signatures on mail-in ballots in Clark County had an integrity unit to check on it.However, in , a judge rejected the Trump campaign’s arguments saying they failed to show “any flaw or error” in the verification process. Campaign counsel Jesse Binnall says they are confident they can get a different ruling.“It’s a different case with different parties and different issues,” he said.State assembly member Jason Frierson called the lawsuit “a divisive partisan stunt” saying in part:"It is disconcerting that a former Nevada Attorney General who knows the law continues to make a mockery of free and fair elections. Voters made their voices heard in record numbers and we take the results of the election seriously and definitively.”Clark County officials also had a statement saying in part, the campaign is repeating allegations rejected in court.Attorney General Aaron Ford released a statement saying:"I look forward to reading the Contest, as President Trump's team never filed an official complaint and supporting evidence with my office, even after being explicitly asked to do so. That said, the evidence shows that Nevada held fair, safe, and secure elections and that there was no widespread voter fraud. Moreover, my Office will prosecute any isolated and substantiated incidents of voter fraud, as we have already shown a willingness to do. Finally, and as I have said previously, politicians, whether current or former, do not decide elections—Nevadans do. I am committed to ensuring that Nevadans' voices are heard as a part of this national process."However, Binnall is confident the Trump campaign would prevail in court.“The irregularities are such that the media’s declaration that Joe Biden won is wrong and President Trump is indeed the victor of Nevada," he said.Watch the press conference below or on our Facebook page .
