Atlanta’s No. 6 pick and Washington’s No. 9 are both available via trade, one league source said, as is Boston’s at No. 14.Among the high-end lottery picks, it’s unknown who the Nuggets might be targeting with a higher selection. There’s an argument to be made for Florida State sophomore Devin Vassell’s perimeter shooting, Auburn freshman Isaac Okoro’s defensive acumen or Iowa State guard Tyrese Haliburton’s playmaking ability.After the top three selections, including LaMelo Ball, James Wiseman and Anthony Edwards, there’s little consensus around the league concerning prospects in the back half of the lottery. That could give the Nuggets an opening if, like the last two drafts, one of their targets fell.If the Nuggets don’t make a trade and stay at No. 22, they’re confident one of their targets will still be there, a league source said.The NBA announced Tuesday that the league’s Board of Governors approved adjustments to the CBA, meaning the season will start Dec. 22.
