The Georgia congresswoman-elect who has online popularized by “QAnon” conspiracists was censored by Twitter the day after her election for spreading baseless claims about election fraud.Marjorie Taylor Greene, who was elected to Georgia’s 14th Congressional District Tuesday, tweeted a number of messages on Wednesday that included conspiracy theories about the Democrats trying to “steal” the presidential election.The tweets were hidden by the social media platform with labels that warned users the information may not be correct.“Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process,” the labels said.A number of leading Republicans after videos of her surfaced spreading racist and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, including the claim that Democratic donor George Soros collaborated with the Nazis.Greene won the seat handily on Tuesday night, then thanked supporters on Twitter for electing her.“BIG WIN TONIGHT!” Greene tweeted Tuesday night. “THANK YOU to the people of NW Georgia for choosing me to fight for them in Washington, DC.”
