Although the context of the article is riddled with speculation and the title of the article is financially motivated, I find the biggest issue to be a lack of reliable sources. Granted many "current and former officials" were sited for the information, their comments were not. Hard to put a hard finger on the truth when this article lacks substantiation.

Absolutely no hard evidence of "Russian Hacking/Meddling" has been revealed to the public. This narrative is one of the most absurd in years. Notice that any article making these claims always, without fail, contains something like the following: "...current and former officials tell TIME."
