Entrance to the event is free, and activity tickets are 50 cents each, cash only.The fair is at El Quito Park, 12855 Paseo Presada.Saratoga High School is hosting a free gala concert in celebration of its new music building on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. Guest saxophonist Russell Kerns will play in the school’s McAfee Center, and a reception will be held in the music building. Saratoga High School is located at 20300 Herriman Ave.The Saratoga Senior Center has a limited number of free tickets to the San Francisco Ballet’s “Nutcracker” on Dec. 16. A check or money order of $50 is required to reserve a seat, but it will be refunded on the day of the event.Group transportation is mandatory and will be free. Dress code is semi-formal. Call 408-868-1254 for questions or to RSVP.This month’s Living Room Conversations session will be about exploring world religions. On Nov. 28, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Joan Pisani Community Center, the public is invited to learn from the World Peace Village, an initiative led by the Child and Family Research and Training Institute of Menlo Park.
